Sudden and Unexpected Cardiac Death – Awareness and Support

Sudden and unexpected death, including unexplained cardiac death, affects families and communities without warning and often without clear answers.

Alongside those who grieve sudden loss are individuals who survive sudden cardiac arrest and must come to terms with the physical and emotional impact of an event they did not anticipate.

The Tom Aynsley Foundation recognises the shared challenges faced by bereaved families, friends and survivors, and supports initiatives that promote awareness, understanding and community connection in relation to sudden and unexplained cardiac death and sudden cardiac arrest.
